The Senufo are scattered across the Cote d'Ivoire, Mali and Burkina Faso. They live principally off the fruits of agriculture and ocassionally hunting. They live in small village settlements that are controlled by a group of elders, one of which is the village chief. The senufo were among the first tribal artists to be admired by the western world. |
