Exciting New Developments
We have joined forces with a group that will be able to get Malaria medications to help fight this crippling disease in Mali and soon all over Africa. With over 1,000,000, yes one million lives lost to Malaria every year, and almost 90% of them are children under the age of five.
The fact is, HIV/aids is not the dealiest disease. The dubious top honor goes unanimously to Malaria.

HOW DID IT COME ABOUT.....
In 2002 the Bougouni Browns Backers of Mali, West Africa sold T-shirts to Cleveland Browns Fans across the U.S. to build a school in a rural Malian village. The overwhelmingly generous response of the Browns community served as inspiration to create AfricanSky.org and the adopting of the challenge to build more schools and to develop new projects with Malian communities.
AfricanSky.org is an independant, member-operated organization devoted to building friendship and understanding between the people of Mali and the United States. Through donations and volunteers, AfricanSky.org provides material resources for hard-working, rural communities in southern Mali. Additionally, AfricanSky.org presents educational programs for schools ans community groups in the U.S. and in Mali.
AfricanSky.org is a tax-exempt, 501(c)3 organization.
